Preparing fresh coffee using this coffee machine is just a matter of pressing three buttons with built-in indicator lights. The process starts by switching on the machine, pouring ground coffee into the burr grinder and then pressing the ‘Prepare coffee’ button, which allows you to brew as much and as strong coffee as you prefer thanks to its in-built stop function. Pressing the button again will end the brewing process. This feature allows you to prepare coffee just the way you prefer in a given moment. The SCM31 allows you to prepare 1 or 2 cups of espresso.
